Your Rights, Our Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ku9p website at https://ku9p.io, including all games, betting markets, account services, and related features accessible through it.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ku9p platform in any capacity.
• "ku9p" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the ku9p platform and all associated services.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the ku9p platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a player using a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka, the currency in which all player balances on the ku9p platform are denominated by default.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ku9p may require players to complete.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date these Terms & Conditions came into force.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ku9p platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. ku9p reserves the right to refuse access to any person who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 below.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a ku9p account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ku9p strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under 21 years of age. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of a business or third party.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unconditionally prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active ku9p account. Only one account per player, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ku9p or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout your use of the platform.

4 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ku9p platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounting profiles is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any third party. ku9p will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ku9p immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ku9p reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account that appears to be subject to unauthorised access pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ku9p may, at its sole discretion and at any point, request that a player complete identity verification. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on the ku9p platform is ৳200. Deposits may be made using the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in BDT. ku9p does not charge a fee for standard deposits via local mobile financial services; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ku9p bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ku9p reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day for operational and fraud-prevention reasons, which will be communicated to affected players in advance where practicable.

Processing Times: Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals processed for Black Diamond VIP tier members are prioritised and completed at the earliest opportunity. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ku9p is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• ku9p reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The account holder must be the same individual as the ku9p account holder.
• ku9p may request additional documentation if a withdrawal is flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Real money funds and eligible bonus funds will be clearly distinguished in your account balance at all times.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ku9p offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the point of offer. The following general principles apply to all ku9p bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Expiry: All bonus offers carry an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ku9p reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in individual promotion terms.
• Withdrawal Order: When a player requests a withdrawal, real money funds will be paid out before any bonus funds. Bonus funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met.

ku9p reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in use, provided that the wagering requirements are met within the original stated timeframe.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the ku9p platform are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of any technical malfunction, game failure, or interruption during play, ku9p's decision regarding the settlement of affected bets and wagers shall be final and binding.

Sports Betting: Betting markets for cricket — including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — and other sports are governed by the betting rules applicable to each market. Odds may be suspended or changed at any time prior to the event commencing or during in-play betting. Bets placed at suspended odds may be void at ku9p's discretion.

Settlement: All winning bets will be settled and credited to the player's account balance as soon as reasonably practicable following confirmation of the result. ku9p reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is subject to an official inquiry, protest, or review by the relevant sporting authority.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and per market and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• ku9p does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or betting market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ku9p reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether they have been settled.
• Random number generators used in all ku9p casino games are independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the ku9p platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with ku9p.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the platform in place of manual human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your ku9p account without first contacting ku9p support to resolve the issue.
• Money Laundering: Using the ku9p platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the platform while under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 21.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ku9p platform — including but not limited to the ku9p brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ku9p or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of ku9p.

Game content displayed on the platform is owned by the respective third-party game suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use of such content is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

ku9p collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ku9p implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect player data. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ku9p cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

ku9p will not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku9p shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

ku9p's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ku9p is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet service provider failure, third-party payment processor downtime, or cyber-attacks.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ku9p makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the platform or its content.

13 Termination

ku9p reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ku9p reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player is engaged in or suspected of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
• Continuation of the account would expose ku9p to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, ku9p may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, any balance derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money funds not implicated in any breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.

A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining eligible real money balance will be withdrawn subject to standard verification requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ku9p is incorporated.

In the event of any dispute between a player and ku9p, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should raise any complaint with our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. ku9p will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

15 Amendments

ku9p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ku9p will take reasonable steps to notify players — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered to the player's account.

Amendments become effective on the date they are published on the platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the ku9p platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
